Sebastian Koenig

Sebastian König is a member of the core management team at Air Liquide, currently serving as Sales Director Europe. He has extensive experience in the hydrogen and energy transition sectors, with a strong focus on electrolysis technologies and sustainable industrial solutions. Previously, he led electrolysis sales at Air Liquide, supporting the development of hydrogen production technologies across Europe. He also held business development roles at Hydac International GmbH, specializing in electrolyzer applications and energy systems. Sebastian began his career at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where he earned a Doctor of Engineering (Dr.-Ing.) with distinction in Electrical and Information Engineering. With over a decade of experience, he combines technical expertise and commercial insight to advance the global energy transition.
