Fu Qu

Fu Qu currently serves as Director, «Changsha Zoomlion Environmental Industry Co. LTD», (INFORE ENVIRO), responsible for the strategic development, operation and management of the company’s overseas equipment market. Mr. Fu has over 15 years of experience in environmental protection equipment, urban sanitation systems and international business management. He has long been responsible for market development in China and overseas, major project operations and global business planning, with extensive experience in international market expansion, overseas localized operations and cross-regional business coordination. In recent years, he has been deeply involved in the company’s overseas industrial layout and internationalization strategy. He has promoted the construction of overseas manufacturing bases in Italy and Thailand, and participated in the planning of a new factory in the Middle East. He continues to promote the implementation and cooperation of environmental equipment manufacturing, smart sanitation and green urban governance solutions in international markets, playing an important role in the company’s global development and organizational capability building. Mr. Fu graduated from Huazhong University of Science and Technology with a Master’s degree in Business Administration. He has received numerous honors, including Hong Kong Outstanding Talent, Changsha Class-C High-Level Talent, Senior Engineer in Technology Commercialization, Senior Expert of the Hunan Environmental Sanitation Industry Expert Database, and the “Outstanding Figure in Environmental Sanitation Industry” award. He has long focused on smart sanitation, green and low-carbon technologies, and sustainable urban development, and is committed to promoting international exchange and cooperation in high-end equipment, urban environmental governance and green infrastructure.
