Thomas Routhiau is a graduate of NEOMA Business School and an expert in ecological transition and greenhouse gas emissions reduction. At Bouygues Bâtiment International, a subsidiary of Bouygues Construction, he contributed to the development and launch of the company’s decarbonization strategy and supported its global implementation. He coordinated the deployment of site-level decarbonization action plans, monitored their execution, and helped transform corporate processes by integrating carbon considerations into strategic decision-making. In parallel, he led the global rollout of the internal CSR label “TopSite,” aimed at ensuring operational excellence and strong environmental performance across construction sites. Since July 2025, he has served as Climate and Environment Strategy Manager at Bouygues Turkmen. In this role, he is responsible for defining and implementing the company’s sustainability strategy, with the objective of aligning construction operational requirements with global carbon reduction targets certified by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). His expertise provides practical insight into concrete and actionable levers that can be applied within the construction sector in Turkmenistan to improve environmental performance and reduce carbon emissions.
