Giuseppe Martini

Giuseppe Martini is an executive and entrepreneur with over 35 years of experience in the construction, real estate, and energy sectors. Throughout his career, he has led and contributed to numerous companies involved in infrastructure development, renewable energy, and corporate investment activities. He began his professional career in 1990 at Rosi Giancarlo Srl, where he served as General Manager and played a key role in the company’s growth and diversification. He later held senior executive positions within the Giros Group and Mondinvest Srl, where he was responsible for strategic operations, financial planning, and business expansion, both in Italy and internationally. In the mid-2000s, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding and managing several companies, including Marfin Srl, a holding company active in construction, real estate, and finance; Basalti Srl, focused on materials production; and Energie Rinnovabili Srl, specializing in renewable energy projects. He also served on the boards of various organizations, including Consorzio Stabile Drago and CO.GE.M. Srl, where he contributed to strategic development and innovation-driven growth. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Todini Costruzioni Generali S.p.A., a leading Italian company specializing in large-scale civil engineering and infrastructure projects, including international operations. He also holds senior executive roles within the Fin. Mar. Group, including Fin. Mar. Holding S.p.A. and Mattei Energia Srl, which are active in the investment, energy, and industrial development sectors.
