Torsten Retzlaff

Torsten Retzlaff is Executive Director of INROS LACKNER SE and has more than 30 years of professional experience in engineering and infrastructure development. In this role, he is responsible for the strategic and operational management of complex transport and energy infrastructure projects worldwide. His expertise includes port and terminal planning, large-scale infrastructure development, environmental and permitting processes, and national and international contract management, including FIDIC-based projects. Mr. Retzlaff has led numerous major projects across Europe, Asia, and Africa and frequently advises public authorities and international clients on long-term infrastructure development strategies.
