Resul Myradov

Chairman of the State Concern “Turkmenhimiya”

Resul Myradov is an executive with extensive experience in public administration, industry, logistics, and foreign economic relations. Throughout his career, he has actively contributed to the implementation of key projects in transport and logistics systems, industrial policy, and international economic cooperation. He was born on May 4, 1993, in Ashgabat. In 2016, he graduated from the Belarusian State University with a degree in International Relations. He began his professional career in 2017 at the state enterprise “Türkmenulaggözegçilik” under the Ministry of Motor Transport of Turkmenistan, where he served as a Chief Specialist for road traffic safety. During this period, he worked on improving regulatory mechanisms in transport control systems and enhancing road safety. In 2019, he worked at the Transport and Logistics Center of Turkmenistan, where he initially served as a Database Administrator in the Logistics and Marketing Department, and later as a Chief Specialist in the Multimodal Transportation Department. In this role, he gained experience in logistics chain management, development of information systems, and coordination of international transportation. From 2019 to 2020, he worked as Chief Specialist of the Licensing Department at the Ministry of Industry and Communications of Turkmenistan, focusing on improving licensing procedures and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. Between 2020 and 2023, he held several senior positions at the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan, including Chief Specialist of the Foreign Economic Relations Department, Acting Head, and subsequently Head of the Marketing Research and Foreign Economic Relations Department. In these roles, he was responsible for developing international economic cooperation, expanding export potential, and conducting market analysis. From 2023 to 2026, he served as Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan, overseeing the implementation of industrial policy, expansion of production capacities, and coordination of strategic sectoral projects at the state level. Since February 2026, he has been serving as Chairman of the State Concern “Türkmenhimiýa”, where he is responsible for modernization of the chemical industry, implementation of new industrial projects, and expansion of export capacity.
