Huseyin Yusuf Gungor

Chief Executive Officer with over 30 years of experience in the asphalt plant, road construction machinery, and road maintenance equipment industry. A Mechanical Engineering graduate of Middle East Technical University (METU–ODTÜ), he has strong technical expertise in asphalt mixing plants, bitumen engineering and handling systems, and road maintenance equipment. He has a proven track record of leading high-performing organizations, managing complex engineering operations, and driving business growth across Turkish and international markets. Since 2017, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of Marini Makina A.Ş., the Turkish subsidiary of MARINI S.p.A. (FAYAT Group), where he also holds a shareholder position. He began his career as a Site Engineer at Yuksel Insaat Saudia Co. Ltd. (1993–1994), followed by Export Sales Manager at Samsun Makina Sanayi A.Ş. (1994–1995) and After Sales Manager at Tekno İnşaat Makinaları Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. (1996–1997). He then served as Co-Founder and General Manager of Teknomak Servis Makina A.Ş. (1997–2008), founded Tekfalt Makina A.Ş. as President (2009–2012), and later held senior leadership roles at Marini Makina A.Ş. (FAYAT Group) as General Manager, Vice President, and Shareholder (2012–2017). Since 2017, he has been serving as Chief Executive Officer and Shareholder of Marini Makina A.Ş. to the present day.
