    Ms Liu Haibo is the Director-General of Jiangsu ACME Power Co., Ltd., a global provider of high-voltage power system solutions. Since founding the company in 2023, she has led its strategic development, overseeing the full value chain from R&D and manufacturing to installation and after-sales service. Under her leadership, ACME Power has secured exclusive agency rights for Jiangsu Yawei Transformer in several international markets, including Turkmenistan, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, and Canada. The company’s products – ranging from ultra-high voltage transformers to prefabricated substations – are now exported to over 20 countries across North America, Europe, Central Asia, and Southeast Asia. Prior to this role, Ms Liu Haibo served as Foreign Trade Director at Jiangsu Yawei Transformer Co., Ltd. (2019–2025), where she drove a 30% annual growth in international revenue and built a high-performing global sales team. With a background in cross-border project management, technical coordination, and HR, she brings a rare combination of engineering insight and business acumen. Ms Liu Haibo holds a degree in Business English from Jiangsu University of Technology and is fluent in both English and Chinese. Her strengths lie in international leadership, cross-cultural negotiation, and aligning technical capabilities with market demands.
