    Zhao Shaoxiang holds a master’s degree from Shandong University (1993) and is a senior engineer. He currently serves as Party Secretary and Chairman of Inspur Software Co., Ltd. A recognised Taishan Industrial Leading Talent, Mr Zhao is also Vice Chairman of the Shandong Digital Economy Society, a senior expert in government and education informatization, and a specialist in big data applications. He is Director of the Data Technology Innovation Research Centre at the National Engineering Centre for Education Big Data Applications. With over 30 years of experience in the informatisation field, he has played a key role in consulting, strategy, and product development across sectors including finance, digital government, and education – making major contributions to Inspur Group’s growth. He has led market development initiatives in areas such as local government, public security, education, civil affairs, veterans affairs, natural resources, and water management, spearheading the planning and development of industry-specific products. Mr Zhao is widely recognised for his strong leadership in project management and market strategy. He was named "Taian City Industry Leading Entrepreneur" in 2021, awarded the title of "Taishan Industrial Leading Talent" in 2022, and received the "Hundred Flowers Award for Outstanding Figures in China's Software and Information Services Industry" the same year.
