    President, China National Technical Import and Export Corporation (CNTIC)

    Liu Xu is the President of the China National Technical Import and Export Corporation (CNTIC), which is part of the GENERTEC Corporation. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Cooperation from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in Beijing. She previously held the positions of Director General of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies, as well as Vice President of CNTIC. In 2024, she led the CNTIC delegation at the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, where she conducted negotiations on intelligent transportation and collaborated with partners from various countries, including African nations. In December 2024, she also took part in the groundbreaking and grid connection ceremony for key energy projects in Uzbekistan, reaffirming CNTIC’s commitment to green energy initiatives within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative.
