    From 1995 to 1999, he studied at the D. Azadi Turkmen National Institute of World Languages and obtained a higher education degree. From October 2008 to March 2014, he worked as the director of the “NUR” Production, Trade and Construction Economic Society. Since February 2013, he has been serving as the founder and simultaneously the chief coordinator of the “Dost Gurluşyk, Söwda, Önümçilik” Economic Society.
