    Toyguly Nurov

    Minister of Industry and Construction Manufacturing of Turkmenistan

    Toyguly Nurov graduated from the Turkmen Agricultural University named after S. A. Niyazov in 2001. In 2002, he began his professional career as a serviceman in the Ministry of Defense of Turkmenistan. From 2010 to 2020, he held various positions at the state corporation "Turkmencement" under the "Turkmensenagat" agency of the Ministry of Industry and Communications, eventually rising to the position of Director of the "Kelete" cement plant. From February to May 2020, he held the position of Head of the Production Site at the "Baherden" Cement Plant of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Production, and was later appointed as the Director of the plant. From October 2021 to February 2023, he worked as Deputy Head of the Construction Products Department of the Ministry of Industry and Construction Materials Production. Since February 16, 2023, he has been serving as the Minister of Industry and Construction Production of Turkmenistan.
