Gadam Hoshwagtov

Director of «Eziz doganlar keramika» Economic society

Hoshvagtov Gadam is a telecommunications engineer with extensive experience in both technical and managerial roles. He graduated in 2014 from Xidian University in the People’s Republic of China with a degree in Telecommunications Engineering. He began his professional career in 2009 as a telephonist at the Ashgabat Textile Complex OJSC. From 2010 to 2014, he pursued his higher education at Xidian University. Following graduation, he worked as a specialist at “Avtoyoly” Economic Society from 2014 to 2017, where he gained valuable practical experience. Between 2017 and 2022, he held the positions of Project Manager and Deputy Director at “Dovletli-Dovran” Economic Society, contributing to project execution and organizational management. From 2022 to 2024, he served as General Director of the same organization. He subsequently continued his leadership career within the company as Director and later as Deputy Director. Since November 21, 2025, he has been serving as Director of “Eziz doganlar keramika” Economic Society, where he oversees operations and strategic development. Hoshvagtov Gadam combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills, enabling him to effectively manage projects and organizations across different sectors.
