    Mr. Saparov holds a degree in mechanical engineering from the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan. Throughout his career, Mr. Saparov has held various senior positions in the energy and industrial sectors of Turkmenistan. He served as Deputy Minister of Industry and Construction Production, as well as Energy. Currently, Mr. Saparov is the Minister of Energy of Turkmenistan, implementing the country's energy policy.
