Gadam Hoshwagtov is a Turkmen telecommunications engineer with a Bachelor’s degree from Xi'an University of Technology, China (2014). He is fluent in Russian, Turkish, English, and Chinese, enhancing his ability to navigate diverse international environments. His professional journey began as a Telephone Operator at the Ashgabat Textile Complex in 2009. Following his studies, he served as a Specialist at "Awtoýoly" Economic Society from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, Gadam has been the Director of "Döwletli-Döwran" Economic Society, where he demonstrates strong leadership and strategic vision. His international experience includes studies in China and work trips to Turkey, Spain, Germany, Italy, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Russia, reflecting his commitment to professional growth and global collaboration.
