The XXV International Exhibition and Conference “White City Ashgabat 2026” (WCA 2026) is Turkmenistan’s flagship international platform dedicated to urban development, architecture, infrastructure and investment cooperation.

The forum brings together government leaders, international organisations, investors, financial institutions, developers, architects, engineers and technology providers to support the continued development of Ashgabat as a modern, sustainable and globally connected capital city, while also highlighting the innovative development of the smart city of Arkadag.

Traditionally held in celebration of Ashgabat City Day – the Day of the White Marble Capital, the forum reflects Turkmenistan’s long-term state policy aimed at modern urban planning, innovative construction technologies, resilient infrastructure and high-quality public services.
